Nothing galls me than all those idiots in Washington, DC, from the president down to the newest congressman, all jockeying for some plan to spend our tax dollars bailing out a bunch of wall street fatcats! All those companies and banks who made billions on creating, buying and selling bad home loans and other bad loans. And now that the mess they created has come back to haunt them and all their profits, they want the government to buy them out.

I say the hell with spending a cent on these companies! Let them merge, or go out of business! And don’t believe the gloom and doom about if they go bell up, the country will go into a recession. People are still working, people are still spending money, banks all over are still very solvent (those that did their business right), and companies are still hiring and producing. Seems the only real industries that are hurting are the ones screaming for money: housing industry, auto industry, and those fat cat investment banks and companies.

Maybe it is time for the USA to finally get it’s financial health back. Stop spending our tax dollars on bailouts (hey, 25 billion dollars to the auto industry!), stop spending our tax dollars OUTSIDE the USA sending food, medicine, and goods to countries, and stop spending our tax dollars on useless projects that some congressman feels his district needs. First step, no bailouts. Second step, pull out of Iraq and Afghanistan as fast as possible. Third step, stop importing all the goods we really do not need. Oh, wally world would probably lose money and want a bailout if they could no longer sell all they get from China.

Oil seems to be an easy one to figure out, but not for the dummies running our country. Additional exploration and drilling in know areas that have oil will help us faster than the 10 years everyone says it would take. Think about it, how long does it take to drill? Lay a pipeline to bring that oil to a refinery? And my brilliant idea is for our so called idiot leaders to mandate at once that no vehicle can be imported into the USA nor produced in the USA unless it gets a minimum of 30 miles to a gallon. Again this is entirely doable despite what the auto companies will start screaming about they can’t do it, it aint profitable, and so forth. Another oil idea is to mandate that at once all auto manufacturers use pure synthetic oil! And that within a short period of time, no more oil except synthetic can be used in any and all vehicles on the road now.

Oh, I can continue on with all means of helping the USA get up there where we were once. And all sorts of rants against our elected officials who do not care for the common people or our country. Stay tuned, I will add more as time slips by.

Yesterday, got my haircut! Spike was open for business and he had a room full of customers. I had to wait for two other gentlemen to have their hair cut. As usual, he did a great job cutting my hair. I know because my wife checks it out and gives it her okay.
