Wonderful having the grandkids here for the weekend. For sure, they did a number on the candy, soda, and other goodies my wife had made. Last night was the boys night out, so we had just the grandsons spend the night. Great to hang out with them and find out that 15-18 year old boys still have the same problems and concerns that I did way back when.

Was warm yesterday! Sure took care of the snow and ice with the sun and the temperature staying in the high 40′s all day. Today very windy and a bit of rain, with more coming soon. Then the temps will start dropping all the way to the big zero! Rest of week seems to be the cold week, with highs in the low teens and lows down in single digits, close to zero. And yes, some snow due this afternoon and evening and a day or two more this week.

With the current troubles in Illinois as their governor is under indictment for supposedly wanting to sell the open senator seat vacated by President Elect Barack Obama, this is timely.

Sold one of my blogs last night. I had decided to sell it off as a bit redundant for me as two other blogs were covering the same topic. Went a bit cheaper than I wanted, but it was a quick sale to someone I know and someone who will make it a better blog. As soon as google page rank update happens in a week or so, will put several other blogs and sites on the market to unload. I really have more blogs and sites than I can take care of.
