The Mouse is 40 Years Old Today

Did you know or were you aware that the mouse, that simple little creature on our desktops that we use to move around our computer pages, internet pages, and so forth is 40 years old today? That’s right, on December 9, 1968, before a packed Brooks Hall auditorium in San Francisco, Douglas Engelbart, the director of Stanford Research Institute’s Augmentation Research Center, took the stage and changed computing forever.

Making up a list now of all my sites I will be selling off later this month. Probably right after Christmas (hey, it is getting closer, see the countdown clock to the right) as all indications point to google doing a page rank update one or two days before Christmas to have it done by that day. Just have too many sites and I want to start next year with as few sites as possible. Plus I made a list of all my domains I want to unload and will be putting them up on the auction block as a group shortly.
